Code Along: Building an “About Me” page
- As a class, we’ll walk through using html and css to build the “About Me” page depicted in the image below
Using Atom, open the folder called rocket_raccoon_about_me in your lesson_04_files folder. You will be using these files as starting off point.
When building websites it is a best practice to have a plan in place before starting out. One popular planning tool is called a wireframe.
Wireframes are low fidelity drawings that help you visualize the layout of your pages. We’ll talk about wireframes more in depth throughout the course.
For this exercise we’ll be using the wireframe below to help guide is build out the About Me page:
